This 20 acre farm is filled with a variety of gorgeous settings for your day. The original 500 year old oak tree is the perfect place for Brides to enjoy a few mimosa's while primping with her closest friends. Meanwhile, Grooms and their guys will feel right at home in the Lodge.

There are two separate dressing areas on the property for couples & bridal party members to hang out before the ceremony starts.

A FEW OF OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SHOOTING WEDDINGS AT CIRCLE OAK RANCH 

What is the guest minimum ?

Package minimum is 100 guests for all weddings.

What time should we schedule our ceremony to begin?

Start time is based off of the time of year & sunset. Most ceremonies start between 4:30-5:00 pm. Circle Oak will let the couple know what time their ceremony start time will be after completing booking details.

Do they allow for sparkler exits? Should we do one?

Unfortunately, sparklers are not allowed as they are an all outdoor venue.

How long should we plan to take bride & groom portraits?

If you are decide to do a first look then you will actually get to have 2 portrait sessions! Ideally we like to have 45 minutes after ceremony with the two of you for romantics

Do they allow outside food and beverages?

Full service catering and open beer, wine and soda bar is included in their package pricing. Circle Oak offers full liquor bar upgrades as well.

Jen and her husband Ron own and personally run their wedding venue with a long family history and a beautiful story to tell. They are personable and treat their couples with exceptional care. They were also the very first couples to day "I do" under the oak tree. You can schedule a tour with them here.
