When it comes to buying the perfect dress for your upcoming photoshoot it can be exhausting spending hours on Pinterest just to find that perfect dress. Often times you will end up following dead-end links or places that no longer carry what you are looking for.
We have photographed so many amazing dresses over the years and there are a few things that really make difference when choosing a dress. You want to look for a dress that is neutral in color without busy patterns that will not distract from the subjects and the backgrounds.
Off the shoulder dresses give me a lot of opportunities for some close-ups and detailed images.
Long flowing and maxi dresses will give your images lots of romance and grace. Not to mention we will use the dress in many images to give your hands something to do. For example, holding one side of the dress while photographing walking images.
With all that said, it is important that everyone in your session is wearing cohesive colors, You don’t have to match in the exact same colors but similar colors is what will make the session really stand out.
