Sarah and Fred had beautiful intimate family wedding at Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos, California. Having many aspects of the family dynamics documented through the entire day was something that was so important to them. When Sarah’s father contacted me about hiring me for the wedding, he was my main point of contact. At first, this was a little scary for me as I’m hired by 99% of my couples with our overall connection in mind and do my best to make sure we are both a great fit for one another. The day we finally met was perfect, Sarah was so easy going and relaxed when we arrived. They both had one of the suites at Lakehouse which was a DREAM because those are the BEST getting ready areas on the entire property! )If you could splurge on this I highly recommend it.) As you will see below, Sarahs images of her getting ready are so dreamy! The entire afternoon was filled with many heartfelt words by friends and family, followed by some amazing food and reception at DECOY Lakehouses newest restaurant overlooking the lake.
These two had such a beautiful connection. I told them at one point that right after the first look that both of their spirts just lit right up when they saw one another and continued to do so for nearly every single portrait and embrace afterwards.
DECOY is another space that I just LOVE to photograph. It’s so modern and the views of the lake are beautiful!
Sarah you look STUNNING!
