Hotel Laguna Wedding in Laguna Beach

Gabrielle and Rocco are married! They held their event in the historic Hotel Laguna in Laguna Beach California. Everything was located in one location right on the beach behind the hotel. This was a very intimate 35 person wedding with their closest family and friends. They decided on a beach wedding after looking into winery venues in Temecula Valley because they were concerned it would have been a little too hot on their big day, and boy was it! When we left Temecula our thermostat said 114 degrees! YIKES!!! They definitely made a good choice! We enjoyed 4 hours with this couple and in that short amount of time we truly enjoyed every minute of it! They are SO full of life and are truly in love.

When we arrived, Gabrielle turned and said to me, “We are definitely not traditional”. Once she handed me the ring to style with I could clearly see they had a few non-traditional wedding plans for the day! Gabrielle’s ring was definitely one of a kind! They had a “Best Woman” and a “Best Man”.  They are each their best friends and you could see the appreciation, love, and respect they had for one another. The support from them and their entire family was something many would envy.

It was a typical day for beachgoers as the beach had a massive amount of people enjoying the summer weather. It was still up to us to capture the “intimate feel” of their wedding (with little distractions) as they tied the knot right on the sand below the hotel. The private Hotel Laguna reception area was beautifully lit with market string lights and vintage tiles from the hotels past. All of their guests were welcoming and had so many great things to say about this lovely couple. We wish them all the best and at the end of the night, we left with lots of hugs and laughter. You can see Gabrielle and I had quite the laugh at the end of the post! We truly wish you both the very best! Congrats to both of you!!!

I have no idea what we were laughing about but this was one of many of our laughing bouts ups during the night!
