Carlsbad, California. will always occupy a very special place in my heart, so I was beyond excited knowing that Elaine & Erik’s wedding was taking place in Carlsbad last weekend.  The friendly staff at the Sheraton Resort set up a gorgeous, garden style setting, complete with on-demand sunset and ocean views during the ceremony.

Elaine and Erik couldn’t have been more fun to work with.  They were both relaxed and wanted nothing more than to enjoy their day and to make sure their guests enjoyed it as well.  It honestly felt like hanging out with friends and having a blast.  Erik has a background in music and currently works in the music industry.  He has a laid back Rock-n-Roll personality which he brought to the wedding through his microphone cuff-links.  Elaine wore an elegant off the shoulder gown which complimented her stunning florals.

The entire group of guests couldn’t have been more accommodating and polite.  Many immediate family members traveled from the UK and they were very fun and entertaining to be around.  This group knows how to have a good time.  We’re so happy we had the privilege of sharing in Elaine and Erik’s wedding and capturing their memories.
